Ans2: At the starting of my career after graduation, my first preference was to get a job in my field regardless of how big is the organization. After that I got more opportunities that made me technically strong and created the ability of decision making.

Ans3: My all past company was excellent to work with, but at the end everyone wants growth in term of work and financial site. But now I am looking for stability and I think this company is suitable for me for all aspect for same.

Ans4: For me these jobs are like different challenges of my career path. Each and every job taught me different lesson and has increased my skills as well as knowledge of working in different work culture, and domain.

Ans5: I don't see them as many jobs. I see them as many steps that I have climbed up and standing potentially capable in front of you with all those stepping experiences.

34) Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

Ans1: I would like to replace the word criticized by Coached. There are mistakes that we all make at work and I was lucky to be coached by my superiors in my past jobs. To give you an example I was asked to make a presentation for the entire team as a training material and my superiors were not impressed by the presentation so I asked them to help me make a perfect presentation and it turned out to be one of the best presentations.

Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

Ans2: I am an optimistic person. There was situations where in the earlier stages of my career I was criticized for the mistakes I made. But I took it as a constructive feedback, learnt to do the job better the next time. When I joined as a customer service executive in Cochin International Airport fresh from college, I found my job a bit confusing. Because there was different system for different airline.

So while checking the documents of the passengers I sometimes failed to check the documents properly before the went it the immigration I was criticized for the mistake. But I quickly learnt and perfected the job. Later I became the team leader and gave training to the new comers.

Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

Ans3: I would like to tell about one situation, when I was in 2nd year we had to prepare a presentation, at that time I had no knowledge about this presentation and all.We were 4 members in a group and none of us know about this and I was the group leader then everyone told me to prepare it and I prepared it to some extend but it was not in the correct sequence so for me only our group couldn't score better.

Ans2: Yes, though I tried to do things in a better way than in the past, but there is always a scope for improvement and nobody is perfect so I feel if I put more and more efforts in my learning things, I might have performed better.

Ans3: No one is perfect there is always room for better performance, better inhencement, better communication, better planning, better logic, better cooperation, better understanding and better realiability. This all will be achieve along the line of experience, yet so many things to learn from our previous jobs, yet so much to learn on this coming job, yet so much to learn on the next and still so much to learn about this life. Every day is a new experience, a new sunshine of knowledge, a new day full of events and developments.

Ans4: Of course I have done better because I assist my manager for make report and always help to make new growth for your company.

Ans2: Every job is interesting but it based on ourself to make boring or more interesting job.

Ans3: In both my jobs as costumer service executive and as a web content writer I never felt the jobs boring. It was really exciting to do the job, like meeting & interacting with new people helping them in their need etc. then writing content for the new websites helped me to develop my creativity.

Ans4: According to me, no job is boring it depends on the particular persons interest doing something is better than nothing. We have to do job in which we are interested why should we lose an opportunity to do when we have an ability to do.

Ans5: I loved everything that worked before but there were some errors of others that make the work boring, such as the lack of the spirit of cooperation and seriousness in work and opportunities for action.

Ans6: According to me a job which you are not getting any experience and not developed your skill and personalities only earn some money this type job is boring and nothing for your career.

Ans2: Yes sir Why not, definitely. You can contact with my presents and you will get the same information about me as I have told you about myself.

Ans3: I had faced many problem after I was promoted in MIS role in same co, even I remember one thing that Ex employee hand overed job to me in just one and half days, this MT role is very tough role, but I learned, handled and did well in little short notice time.

What was the toughest challenge you have ever faced?

Ans4: Although we all know that life is full of challenges, when it comes to work, my biggest challenge was to consistently provide more than 100% of what was expected in my project suiting to client's requirements. Everyone can do their job, but maintaining a perfectly consistent result throughout the financial year often becomes a tough challenge for one's career teaching them lessons at point of times.

Ans5: As a customer service executive in an international airport my toughest challenge is clearing the immigration documents of passengers who arrive late to board their flights. Customers are requested to come early for check-in. But some passengers arrive late, so it is very challenging to clear the documents of such passengers within minutes s every second counts. If the flight gets delayed because of that the airline has to pay a heavily for the delay. Dealing with delayed passengers was the toughest challenge I faced in my career as CSE.

Ans6: Yes in my previous organisation I got a call from irate customer and she state the issue was she received the same item twice, upon checking the order detail I came to know that she placed order twice for the same dress and she was not even listening to me, just shouting and shouting later I told her to check her order history later she got convinced from that and hangup the call.

I will do my best to inculcate the values like team work, quick response accountability which I gained from my previous job into the team if it lacks in that ares.

Ans3: First of all, I will familiarize with the organisations procedures and the project at hand if there be any need for change I will try and boost up the organisations facilities to quicken the project at hand rather than bringing a total change.

Ans4: Changes are inevitable and it should be constantly made to improve productivity of the company. No change, no development. The corporate goals, vision and policies should not be changed. Yet, certain amendments can be made in the organisational structure according to the current work environment and situation. Further more creativity, innovation are required to improve the performance of the company.

Ans5: As a newly hired on board. I won't change anything that has been set/established already by the retained ones. I am not in the right position to renew what has been used. Just be observant and suggest what you could add for the betterment and benefits to both clients and company.

And if I feel that idea is not suitable for the situation, I will let him know the gaps in the idea and will share my idea with the positive inputs which can eventually fill the gaps in the idea shared by him and with the mutual understanding the final idea will be created by both of us.

Ans3: First I will try to understand the prospect of my boss for that idea and then analyse what are the things he likes most or try to evaluate the pros and cons of that idea but after that if I am not satisfied with that idea so I will definitely go to boss and discuss my unsatisfy question and put my views in front of him.

Ans4: Simply open up a discussion and discuss my ideas and back them with necessary and relevant data. There will be a healthy discussion and new things may come out. It may turn out that the boss is right and there was problem with everyone else understanding his ideas.

Ans1: Strong points:

Weak points:
Not easily approachable, does not listen and addicted to sycophancy.

Ans2: Strong point:
He is energetic, he knows how to get work done, management person, adaptability to learn new thing, communication, frank and co-operative during job.
Weak point:
No one is perfect every person have some pitfalls definitely also he has but I haven't notice because I always consider positive side of person and also I feel I am not a good person to judge him.

Ans3: Strength:
1. Always be relied upon to get the job done, in any circumstances.
2. Adaptability to learn new things quickly. Example can be taken to learn Casino games and new technologies.
3. Ready to take risk and solve the problem from core.
Weakness:
1. Sometimes take more time to finish the task, just to achieve the quality in work.
2. Lack of confidence.
3. Can't say no to work, of any level, assigned/asked for help to me.

Ans4: There are many strong points in my boss and it's difficult to choose a few, But the most things which I have observed or learnt from him is that he is an excellent motivator, too energetic, be punctual, open minded and smart hard worker.
Coming to his weak points as a human being everyone has some weak points But I think I'm not the right person to judge him, though I have been never ever noticed his negative sides.

Ans5: Sir, I can only say that there is always a scope for improvement. So, I did the work in best possible way and my seniors were happy with my work.

Ans6: Today's my position is Example of my past performance and I believe that hard work is the only way to success.

46) Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?

Ans1: You are not only hiring employee from outside, you are hiring new ideas, new talent, innovation.

Ans2: Promoting trusted employees of yours is good to some extent, but Hiring me at this point of time instead of promoting internal employee is better choice. Because if I am moving from current organization to yours my ideas and thought process in work will be new and effective to your organization that will ultimately leads to mutual growth i.e., for organization and me as well. I believe new association will be always good for an organization.

Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?

Ans3: First of promotion creates vacancy so it is required to be filled. Secondly, in this modern world everything is improving every day. New person may bring a new attitude that may transform the organisation's.

Ans4: You can take anyone from within. But sir, hiring me or someone from outside might just give you the impetus you are looking for and see the talents of us people.

Ans5: Yes, of course! you can and you will. But hire person from outside not only for that person but also for company because an organization always look for best talent, new idea new innovation and who can give their best to organization that's the same thing you are looking for that's why you are conducting interview and giving your precious in it.

47) How do you feel about reporting to a younger person?

Ans1: To acquire knowledge which has no age bar or limits and build a healthy working atmosphere reporting to a younger person is not a problem at all.

Ans2: Reporting to younger person does not matter for me because he is there because he has talent and age doesn't matter and at the last I am not reporting to person I am reporting to position.

Ans3: Sir, first of all I am not reporting to any person I am reporting to the position which he has,he is there because of his skill and his knowledge and I don't have any issue to reporting a person how have more knowledge then me.

Ans4: Sir, I think age shall not be the criteria here if I am reporting to a person younger than me, if that person is on a senior level he must have got more experience, knowledge. He must have put extra efforts into it. So age becomes an irrelevant factor here.

48) Looking back, what would you do differently in your life?

Ans1: Looking back won't give me chance to change my past but it will surely help me to change my present and future as we can learn from the past mistakes and can implement it for better results in today and tomorrow.

Ans4: I am not earning more money because right now I am focusing on my career my first priority is to be gain knowledge as much as I can and expertise with that and I believe once this happened money will follow me and after that it does not matter whether I am on which stage or level.

Ans5: At this stage of my career I want to gather all knowledge and develop skills as much as possible to me. Because money in the pocket will not save my life from sinking in the sea but my skill of swimming will definitely save me.
